Relocating from Germany to Harpenden - Hertfordshire

A couple with a baby due in 2 months time, were relocating from Germany to work in the UK on a long assignment. With the imminent arrival of their 1st baby it was imperative that we found a location and property to suit their change in lifestyle for the move to be successful for all concerned. I set up a 2 day search covering a range of property styles and locations within easy commutable distance to Mr R’s place of work but also considering his wife's needs with a new baby to care for. We viewed 20 properties over the 2 days and found more than one that was suitable. After careful consideration of their top 3 properties, a decision was made and their move to Harpenden was very successful.

Relocating from Australia to Hitchin - Hertfordshire

Absolute Home Finders were asked to assist an Australian client relocate to Hertfordshire. After receiving a detailed brief, outlining his requirements, I arranged a 1 day home search to fit in with his tight schedule. My client’s preference was to find an apartment with 2-3 bedrooms to accommodate his family when visiting from Australia that was also located close to his new place of work and suited to his lifestyle. After thoroughly researching the market, we started our day with a full itinerary of 12 properties to view. Our 1st viewing of the day turned out to be the perfect apartment that offered him everything he was hoping for! Moving from Malaysia to Harpenden Hertfordshire

Absolute Home Finders were approached to assist a family (originally from Australia ) to find a suitable property and a school for their 2 children in Hertfordshire. In order for the relocation to be successful, it was a priority for the right school to be found first. Many areas were explored where schools had places available for the children, also looking at property options within these areas that closely matched the families requirements. The family required a minimum of 4 bedrooms with a quiet room for a home office, 2+ bathrooms and a good sized garden. After deciding on the most suitable school for the children, the family proceeded with a house we found on day 1 of the search.
