Fee Structure

Full Property Search (Purchase)

Search Retainer - A non refundable fee payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. This fee will be fully deducted from the final success fee.

Search Term – 6 months (24 weeks)

Success Fee – Calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price or if greater, a pecentage of the negotiated saving from the documented asking price to the final purchase price. Payable on exchange of contracts.

Rental Search

Search Retainer – A non-refundable fee payable on instruction prior to commencement of the search. This fee will be fully deducted from the final success fee.

Search Term - 2 months (8 weeks)

Success Fee – One month’s rent.  Payable upon signing the tenancy agreement.

Corporate

Quotations for corporate relocation are available on request and will be on an individual basis, depending on your company’s requirements.

Other Services

Priced dependent on your requirements. Usually based on a half/full day fee.
