Full Property Search (Purchase)
Search Retainer - A non refundable fee payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. This fee will be fully deducted from the final success fee.
Search Term – 6 months
Success Fee – Depending on your requirements the success fee will be a percentage of the final purchase price. Payable on exchange of contracts.

Rental Search

Corporate
Quotations for corporate relocation are available on request and will be on an individual basis, depending on your company’s requirements.
Other Services
Priced dependent on your requirements. Usually based on a half/full day fee.
